What is ReviewSense?
A simple tool for local businesses. Customers scan your QR code, tap a star rating and a few quick answers, and happy customers get a short review written from their own answers — ready to post on Google. Customers with a low rating can tell you privately what went wrong.
Does the AI make up reviews?
No. It only uses the stars, taps and words the customer gives, and it's told never to add details. The customer reads and edits the draft, and posts it themselves from their own Google account.
What happens with low ratings?
Customers who give 1–3 stars are asked what could be better, and that goes to you privately so you can fix it. They can still choose to leave a Google review if they want to.
Do I need to connect my Google account?
No. ReviewSense only needs your public Google review link — or just your Place ID. There's no Google sign-in, no API access and no password sharing.
Where do I get my Google review link?
Search for your business on Google, open your Business Profile and choose “Ask for reviews”. Copy the link it gives you (it usually looks like g.page/r/…/review) and paste it into ReviewSense during setup.
Do customers need an app?
